These events highlight best practices and model initiatives from the Midwest region, across the country and around the globe. Training the Trainers to Expand Our Reach Building Local School Capacity
SGA offers teacher training on four curriculum modules targeting elementary and middle school students.
Half-Day Forums and Walking Tours Bikable and Walkable Communities
SGA conducts walking audits with national experts and local municipal and community leaders to support the creation of complete streets and bike- and pedestrian-friendly downtowns. SGA facilitates planning forums on healthy community strategies and designs workshops that integrate economic development, health, environmental conservation and social equity.
